Your driveway is the first thing guests and neighbors notice, and a poured concrete slab cracking under Florida's heat doesn't make the impression you want. Brazilian Brick Pavers designs and installs paver driveways that combine engineering with aesthetics — surfaces rated for daily vehicle traffic that also happen to look stunning.

Our driveway installations start with a deeper excavation than standard patio work because vehicle weight demands a thicker, more heavily compacted base. We typically lay 8-10 inches of compacted limestone aggregate, then a 1-inch bedding sand layer, before setting pavers in interlocking patterns like herringbone — the strongest layout for driveways because it distributes load in multiple directions. Edge restraints are secured with construction adhesive and spikes to prevent spreading.

We grade every driveway for proper water runoff because standing water is the enemy of any paved surface in Florida. For properties with drainage challenges, we can incorporate permeable pavers that allow rainwater to filter through the surface rather than pooling or running off into the yard.
